Our law firm was formed by partnering an accomplished federal criminal defense attorney together with a strong former state prosecutor, representing nearly 40 years of combined legal experience.

Our law firm has been operating since 2009 but we have over 15 years of experience representing clients in the state of Florida.
Our law firm represents the union of an experienced federal criminal defense attorney and a former State Prosecutor. We have joined together to create a first-rate law firm that offers first-rate representation for individuals facing a criminal charge. Together, we have represented thousands of clients throughout the years, in front of more than 80 judges in a dozen different jurisdictions.
We run our office the way you would expect – with honor, integrity, and dedication. Atty. Mauricio Hued, Esq. has over 15 years of experience in criminal trial courts. He specializes in first-degree murder, manslaughter, vehicular homicide, international drug smuggling, sexual battery, robbery, arson, DUI, and many other criminal offenses.
Atty. Joan-Verónika Valedón-Miranda is a criminal defense attorney with experience as a State Prosecutor, clerk of court, as well as experience with Juvenile Delinquency proceedings. Originally from Puerto Rico, she is fluent in Spanish and French.
